This rosé ideally matches Italian cuisine - pizza and pasta with white sauces, and from Serbian cuisine, roast is its best company.
Wine was made of the French variety Cabernet Sauvignon. The rosy color of wine reminds of the smoky salmon, while the aroma of strawberries and raspberries dominate on the nose so as a mixture of scents of herbs and apple juice. The flavor is dominated by tones of peach compote with a pinch of raspberry, and the very structure of the wine is creamy and permeated with fruit acids.
Serve it at temperature 11 - 13° C.
